The KHOOMKHA application is managed by Khumkha Center Co., Ltd. (referred to individually or collectively as “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, process, and protect personally identifiable information (“personal information”) that you (“the user”) may provide while using the KHOOMKHA services through the KHOOMKHA application. The services provided include online buying and selling of products via the mobile application and other online platforms, such as partner applications and social media. This Privacy Policy applies to all forms of data we collect through the mentioned platforms or other methods connected to them (e.g., contacting customer service via email).

KHOOMKHA will update this Privacy Policy when appropriate to respond to legal changes and system or technology developments. If we change how we collect or use personal information, we will notify you of such changes in this Privacy Policy, indicating the effective date at the top of the document. 1. • You consent to KHOOMKHA processing and using your personal information to send emails containing general information or advertising (newsletters). You can opt out of receiving any marketing materials we may send at any time by unsubscribing through the various channels provided by the company.

            4.1 Your personal information may/will be disclosed by KHOOMKHA to our affiliates. Additionally, KHOOMKHA (and/or its affiliates) may disclose your personal information to third parties, such as service providers, suppliers, or distributors, for one or more of the purposes mentioned above. Third-party services include, but are not limited to, web hosting, data analysis, marketing, credit card transaction processing, and service provision.

            4.3 We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent or legal authorization from relevant jurisdictions, as mentioned below, including disclosing personal information necessary for purchasing goods and services you have chosen and sharing personal information with relevant partners (your details will only be used for reporting and analysis purposes). However, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information to our affiliated companies or groups (both inside and outside your country) and our trusted agents and representatives who are authorized to access this information and need to know or access it to provide the requested services (including customer service) and for internal audits (accounting or compliance checks). 

            4.4 KHOOMKHA may disclose personal information by law to defend itself against liability, comply with subpoenas, legal processes, certifications, or equivalent, respond to requests from law enforcement or authorized officers, investigate fraud or misconduct, or as otherwise necessary to comply with applicable laws and protect our legal rights. This includes disclosing personal information to buyers concerning sales, assignments, and transfers of parts or all of our business or company. Additionally, we may disclose personal information by law to enforce the terms and conditions related to our services or protect the rights, property, or safety of KHOOMKHA, users, and others.

1. • As stated above, by accessing and using the application, purchasing goods and services through the application, registering for any service on the application, clicking the “Confirm” button or equivalent, or creating a new account on the application, you:
   • Consent to KHOOMKHA and/or its affiliates collecting, using, disclosing, and/or processing the personal information as described for the purposes mentioned above, and
   • Consent to KHOOMKHA and/or its affiliates transferring your personal information out of Thailand to other countries where other affiliated companies or KHOOMKHA’s partners are located, including third parties who are service providers, suppliers, or distributors of KHOOMKHA (or its affiliates) for the purposes described above.

            6.1 Cookies and other tracking technologies may be used on our website and application in various ways, such as helping our systems remember when you have visited the application again, improving our services to you, analyzing visitor traffic, or for advertising purposes.             We offer free applications for various mobile devices and have adapted our regular applications for mobile and tablet use. These mobile applications process personal information you provide us in the same way as our standard application. You can also use location-based services to find nearby services or transportation stations. With your consent, we may send push notifications with purchase or service information, including discounts or offers from KHOOMKHA that you have joined. You may allow us to access your location or contact information to provide the requested services. Please refer to your mobile device’s user guide to understand how to change settings, enable data sharing, or receive (or disable) notifications (including SDKs and Push Token information). Different operating systems may have different default settings, so please understand how to set up such notifications.

            Our application may contain links to other applications of interest. If you use these links to leave our application, please note that we do not have control over those applications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other applications you visit. We recommend that you read the privacy notices of each application that collects personal information.
